I have been feeling this way for the past day. I need some motivation so this morning I didnt bring my timer and I just ran my course. 3 miles later about 30 min I was done and feeling AWESOME. Now I can start my day the right way. Need to catch up with the blog from Fridays Crossfit but for now Im feeling good.

Climbed the Rope... Ok most of it


Got to Crossfit this AM it feels awesome.. My hips were hurting from the run yesterday so I am taking a break from running today but tomorrow is a must. Anyways todays wod was WOW this is what it was (below) and before hand I did the rope I finally understood hope your feet are spouse o wrap around the rope and I got up most the way until I looked down and got freaked out. Haha… ANYWAYs it took me 15:27 
6 baby rope climbs
30 box burpee 12”
30 wall ball 14lb
4 baby rope climbs
20 box burpee 12”
20 wall ball 14lb
2 baby rope climbs

10 wall ball 14lb
Ok I got my NIKE FUEL today I just set it up so tomorrow we will begin to see if I like it. I am not sure but I read some reviews after I bought it and I guess it doesn’t count crossfit workouts as much as other things hmm well either way I set my goal at 5000. I will make it tomorrow :). Oh and I am going to post my daily goals on twitter vice facebook so you can see it to the left of this blog. :) Keep me on it.

Just do it...


So I love Nike and there sayings because thats what I tell myself when I need to just get it in “Just do it”.  Today was a hectic day I had to drop off 6 dogs to the Vet to get spayed/nurtured. Only 3 are mine I know right like thats not enough but they are so adorable and because I cant have another child just yet I settled on them. The other 3 were their parents which my aunt owns and there brother who our neighbor fell in love with so we gave it to her and their family. It nice because we still get to see him and he comes over to play with his brothers and sister. Anyways so all that for I was too busy this AM for my normal 6 am Crossfit class and although I had all intentions to go to the 9 am I was filling out paperwork at the Vet for so long that didn’t work out either. So after all the chorus that had to be done some painting and what not it was already time to pick up kids from school do homework and go to swimming class. I see how so many Women and Mothers get overwhelmed with life. You really have to make working out a priority in your life or just get it in when you can which is what I did at last. Decided after I got home to just go for a short run I had an hour until the dogs needed to be picked up and knew if I didn’t get it in I would today. So I did and when I was about to cross the street for my 1.8 mile run a car went flying by and I just decided to go for a little longer run. 3.2 miles later I was done It took me 29:20 min. Not bad and I meet a nice man on the run he was an older man who encouraged me for about a mile. It was nice to have a running companion. And right now a few hours later I am feeling amazing. I love the feeling running gives me. I might not be fast but I am happy when it is all done and over with. Thank you Nike… Just Do it.. Oh and I cant wait until my Nike Fuel gets in :)… I will be posting what I think of that soon enough

Loving my Iphone crossfit app *myWOD*

Monday - AMRAP in 20 MIN - 6 rounds (barley I was on the last pull up on the last second)
21 push up
15 wall balls (12 lb)
9 pull ups 
Plus a PSG of 160 for dead lift. Ok the dead lift was not a PR it was ok I have to do something before this WOD starts and although I am working on my pull ups pull ups were in the WOD so that was a big NO GO. 
Tuesday - For Time - 23:13
12 burpees
21 KB swings (16 kg)
12 pull ups
PSG (personal strength goal) I did dips I used the red band Not sure if I am getting any better at them just getting it done still my goal is pull ups. The burpees kicked my ass I got the first round unbroken through everything after that I had the worst time with the burpees of all things but I got them done took forever but its done and I feel great. Today is also a run day but that is up in the air because it Soccer day no Im not using that as an excuse I will run at least the 2 mile route tonight. Oh and I will bring my jumprope to soccer while Malia practices Ill try to get these double unders. Honestly I think this is going to be my key get it in when I can no mater what I am feel like.
Ok to my title one of my Crossfit sisters showed me this Iphone App. I love it its called My Wod. Awesome way to track what you are doing. I tried the notebook at the gym but because I go before work I really don’t have much time when it is done to write it all down this way I can take a picture and write it later. Plus its easy to go back to it and most of the workouts are already in there. AWESOME… I only have 3 workout in there so far but I love it.

Break day .. Kind of


It break day but not before I clocked in a short run. 1.83 miles in 16:05 min. Not bad at least I would pass my PRT if needed. one more day without crossfit. I think I looked at my Map my run around 1.5 and I was around 12:45. Need to pick up the pace. Anyways than cleaned up and headed to Soccer. Malia only got to play half the game because the coach messed up the subs I dont think she was upset. A noon game is pretty hot out there and she was running after the ball alot. Than we headed to the ZOO. It was Military appreciation day there and well it was crowed I told wade that next time Ill just pay to enter. But in the end all that mattered is the kids enjoyed themselves. We were also able to pick up the puppies dog collars and a natural tic spray. I hope this one works frontline is not doing the job. Ok well took them for long walk ALL 4 of them it is always a funny thing to see me with 4 dogs and 2 kids. Oh well they all enjoyed it. Now I am going to look online to see if anyone makes multiple dog walk leashes. Not even sure how that would work but anything is better than what I have now.

I only got 11 + 5 but I must say I didnt half-fast anything. 
I was going for a run tonight but I think Ill hit it up in the morning. I know excesses but if not I would not get any exercise in with soccer and kids.

EXAUSTED

Today was exhausting to say the least. Got up hit up crossfit than got the car washed when home and had my shake that went on a hike. Checked out the Puka over by Makapuu took us about an hour to get to it and about 30 min back. Had lunch with the family and headed to pick up my Son from school. Than at last back home for a nap. And now Im ready for bed. I know this is really not exciting. I do need to get a theme for this blog. Maybe it is me getting into shape a Motivational blog .. Hmmmm

123 GO


Ok.. Im new at this whole blogging thing. I actually had to googled it on how to start it off. Social Media of choice is facebook and I love it I post something daily but delete most of what I want to say because well facebook isn’t someplace I can write about my life just random sentence about being stuck in traffic and the guy next to me thinks we cant hear him singing the “boyfriend song” hehe. Anyways whats with the title right? 1 2 3 GO... I LOVE THIS because when I am not feeling it thats what I tell myself to get me going. I love my life so the idea of sharing it well ROCKs. So my life revolves around a few things…
